Provided research and drafting support for a pro bono administrative appeal, earning credit toward J.D. pro bono requirement. Work included preparing the initial draft of a Writ of Certiorari for review of a quasi-judicial action in the 6th Judicial Circuit, analyzing legal issues and applicable case law, and reviewing administrative rules as applied to the facts of the client’s case.
